Non-forgivable deadlines surround liens. 90 days means 90 days, for example, not 91. Specific rules dictate time calculations, and these can differ state to state and whether you're a general contractor or subcontractor on the particular project. One day's difference can impact your lien rights. While many things are not time-sensitive, liens certainly are. If you have any questions or concerns in the slightest, it is best to have a quick chat rather than waiting.
