Founder and CEO
Kristen Shields is a seasoned construction attorney with a sharp eye for risk and a proven track record in helping contractors avoid legal and financial fallout. She’s tried over 150 jury trials and handled thousands of regulatory matters across multiple states. Kristen founded All For Contractors with a simple goal: to help contractors stop playing defense—and start running their businesses with clarity, confidence, and control.
Through her law firm, Shields Construction Law, Kristen continues to represent contractors in high-stakes cases while using that front-line experience to shape every course, training, and tool offered through All For Contractors.
